Team Desk runs your program's uniform order. You keep your dealer and your web store. We do the chasing, the questions and the clean-up.
No chasing
Some parents order the day the store opens. Some need a reminder. Some need three. Team Desk sends every family the store link and the deadline by email and text, with the size chart in the email. Before each reminder it checks the dealer's order report against your roster and reminds, by name, only the families still missing. Everyone else is left alone.
No questions
When there is a real choice, you hear about it once: a number that's taken, a family that can't or won't order. You reply A or B. Team Desk carries it out.
Nobody left without a kit
The system behind Team Desk has already handled more than 8,000 messages and more than 600 approvals and tasks.
Your program, your dealer
Price
About $6 a player. The chasing, the questions, the late-add order and the final sheet. Families still pay the dealer for their uniforms.
The sample below is free and commits you to nothing.
Questions
No. Team Desk works with the store you already use. It reads the dealer's order report; it doesn't replace the store.
No. They get email and text, and reply the way they already do.
Team Desk doesn't decide that. It sends you one approval card, privately, and follows what you choose: the program covers the kit, or you call the family.
An AI service reads parents' messages and your roster to run the order. We keep only players' first names and last initials, parents' email and mobile, sizes and numbers: never photos, birthdates or payment details. We delete them at the end of the season, or sooner when you ask.
Tentator, the unincorporated name a Massachusetts founder builds tools under. At your program, the coordinator you choose approves every real choice.
Send us your uniform page or store link, and your deadline. Within two business days we'll send back, free: the order note and reminder schedule your families would get, three parent questions answered under your rules, and the approval card you would see.
